Wilson Paul Shuff

Wilson Paul Shuff was born August 19, 1920 in Mamou,Louisiana to Theodore and Amy Shuff.  He passed from this life Saturday, September 5, 2009 at the Waurika Hospital at the age of eighty-nine. He served his country in WWII in the United States Army.  He married Molly Geraldine in 1941 and she preceded him in death in 1999. He married Wyvonna Allmon Henderson on June 12, 2000 in Nocona, Texas.  Wilson was a chicken and cattle rancher until his retirement. He was a member of the Waurika First Baptist Church and the Waurika VFW.  He enjoyed gardening, fishing, riding his tractor, working with cattle and going to Senior Citizens dances. 
 
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Molly, and two sisters.
 
He is survived by wife Wyvonna of the home in Waurika, one daughter - Bonita Eubanks of Sulphur, Louisiana, stepchildren - Keith Henderson of Durant, Donalda Showalter and Randy of Waurika, and Marsha and Roger Jung of Lawton, eight  grandchildren,  thirteen great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews - Cheryl Billeadeau, Rhonda and Greg Billeadeau.
 
Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church with Charles McConnell officiating. Burial will be in the Brushy Cemetery in Bowie, Texas at 1:30.  Visitation will be from 1-5 Sunday and 9-7PM Monday.
