William D. Bill Elliott passed from this life Monday, August 9, 2004, at the age of seventy-eight. He was born December 21, 1925, to Harvey and Murtie Elliott in Bonham, Texas. Mr. Elliott was a selfemployed car salesman and also a truck driver. He and Oberia Crow were united in marriage on January 12, 1949, in Nocona, Texas. He was a member of the Ryan Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include: his wife Oberia, of the home in Waurika, OK; two sons, Larry Lee Elliott of Waurika, OK, and Joe Don Parker of McKinney, TX; one sister, Mary Rankin of McKinney, TX; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents Harvey and Murtie Elliott, three brothers James, Billy and Henry and two sisters Hazel Brown and Jo Sartain.

Funeral Services for Mr. Elliott were at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, August 11, 2004, at the Waurika United Methodist Church with Jim Gillum officiating. Burial was in the Ryan Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.
