Weldon leaves a legacy of love for his family with the many treasured gifts of memories for each one of us! The gift of himself, his time and help (whether you ask or not, he was there), his kindness, words of comfort and words of wisdom. His love of the children and happiness to share his knowledge of the great outdoors like fishing, hunting and showing them how to read the signs of what animals had been here and there. He supported and coached each of his children in their chosen sports activities all through school. (Now they do the same with their children.) We will all have a corner of our hearts filled with his love and memories separate from each others', that no one else has, it is ours to own and to comfort us when we need it.
His legacy of love extends through his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, numerous greatnieces and greatnephews who all loved "Uncle Weldon".
Weldon had a natural humorous side: tagged "Weldonisms" by Chris Begley and Billy Ray Roberson. We can still hear the laughter!! He would want us all to keep on laughing and sharing it!!!
