Vivian Juanita Keith Helms passed from this life Monday, August 2, 2004, in Wichita Falls, Texas at the age of seventy-nine. She was born September 15, 1924, to Frank and Mary Jane Keith in Overbrook, Oklahoma. She and VC Helms were united in marriage on May 28, 1945, in Hollis, Oklahoma. Mrs. Helms was a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Vivian was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.

Survivors include: her husband VC Helms of Waurika, OK; two daughters, Gwen Clark and her husband Richard of Thornberry, TX, and Tanny Morgan and her husband Mitch of Edmond, OK; tso sisters, Wilma Reynolds of Wichita Falls, TX, and Pauline Newsom of Saginaw, TX; grandchildren, Sheila and Jeff Posey, Sonya and Gary Watkins, Christopher, Tashina, and Dylan; great-grandchildren, Destiny and Mark, Blake, Zachary, Haylee, Elijah, and Skylar; and great-great-grandchild Maddison.

She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Mary Jane Keith, and two brothers Shelton Keith and Uval Keith

Funeral services for Mrs. Helms were at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, August 4, 2004, at the Waurika Church of Christ with Noel Curington and Don Goin officiating. Burial was in the Waurika Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.
