Vivian Jean Gatlin was born November 11, 1925 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to John O. and Martha Opal Treadway Miller. She passed from this life Monday, November 23, 2009 in Princeton, Texas at the age of eighty-four. She was a homemaker and a member of the Assembly of God church. Vivian and James V. Gatlin were married October 31, 1942 in Fairfax, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death in 1989.

She is survived by her children - James Lee Gatlin and wife Donna of Richardson, Texas, Steven M. Gatlin of Las Vegas, Nevada, Betty J. Smith and husband Welton of Princeton, Texas, Shirley Henderson and husband John W. of Tuttle, Oklahoma, sister - Dorothy Robbins of Denton, Texas, ten grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two sisters, and one grandchild.
Funeral service will be Friday, November 27, 2009 at 1PM at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Waurika with Kelly Roberts officiating. Burial will be in the Waurika Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home in Waurika. Visitation will be Thursday from 9AM - 5PM and Friday from 9AM-1PM.
