Tyler Don Warren Crisp was born on July 19, 2002, to Jeremy Crisp and Terra Andrews in Duncan, Oklahoma. He passed from this life on September 6, 2002, at the age of seven weeks at his residence in Comanche, Oklahoma.

Survivors include: his parents Jeremy Crisp and Terra Andrews of Comanche, OK; his grandparents - Charryl Cox of Comanche, OK, Tom and Anne Andrews of New Braunfels, TX, Wanda McCarley of Duncan, OK, and Jimmy McCarley of Marlow, OK; three sisters - Victoria Andrews, Kelsie Crisp, and Haleigh Andrews; great grandparents Doug Strange of Comanche, OK, Kenneth and Joyce Andrews of Houston, TX, and Herman and Ernestine Platte of Oklahoma City, OK; great-great grandmother Bessy Brown; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services were held for Tyler at 3:30 PM, Monday, September 9, 2002, at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Comanche with Billy Morgan officiating. Burial was in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Comanche.
