Tana Lynne (Huey) Edwards

Tana Lynne (Huey) Edwards, 59, of Ryan, Oklahoma, passed from this life March 7, 2016. She was born August 2, 1956, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Walter Howard and Betty Jo (Lawrence) Huey. Tana and Jimmy Edwards were married September 9, 1981 at the United Methodist Church in Ryan. She was a homemaker and worked at the family business "Peach Orchard" in Terral, Oklahoma. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Ryan and an avid OSU fan. She loved shopping and going to the casino with the girls. She loved tending to her horses and also loved to ride. Tana also loved to cook and entertain, and most importantly taking care of any child that needed her, including Londi and her special little man Dax Johnson. Tana was loved by so many for her caring and humorous spirit. She will be missed by all that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Fred and Gladys Lawrence and her parents Walter and Betty Jo Huey.

Survivors include: her husband Jimmy Edwards of Ryan, OK, son Joby Edwards of Ryan, OK, brother Howdy Huey of Pauls Valley, OK, nephew Barrett and niece Logan.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 10, 2016, at the United Methodist Church in Ryan with Rev. Sandy Shepherd officiating. Burial will be in the Ryan Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 9, 2016, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Ryan. Memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church in Ryan.
