Rose (Szucs) Irk

Rose (Szucs) Irk, 76, of Waurika, Oklahoma, passed from this life February, 27, 2019. She was born March 11, 1942 to Geza and Katherine (Farkas) Szucs.

She retired from the public school system where she worked as a teacher's aide and a cook. Rose was a member of the 4H Club. She loved to crochet and free-hand draw animated pictures for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren to color.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Stephen Szucs, and her son-in-law Christopher Goodfellow.

Rose is survived by her children Tina and her husband Dave Morris of Tuttle, OK, Brenda Goodfellow of Waurika, OK, and Gail and her husband Steve Snyder of Michigan City, IN; her grandchildren Jamie, Do, Chance, Lucy and James; and great-grandchildren Paisley, Paxton, Maverick and Collins.

A memorial Service will be at 1:00 PM Monday, March 4, 2019 at the First United Methodist Church in Waurika with Adam Brinson officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
