Robert Lee McDow was born October 11, 1926, in Gober, Texas, to Robert and Banner Ellen McDow, and passed from this life on Sunday, March 3, 2002, in Shoreline Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas, at the age of 75. He was a farmer.

Survivors include: two brother - Earl Roy McDow of Oklahoma City, OK, and Forest L. McDow of Newcastle, OK; two sisters - Oma Lee Vestal of Indiana, and Margie Van Winkle of Oklahoma City, OK; two half-brothers - Jack M. Roach of Bremington, WA, and Charles B. Roach of Newcastle, OK.

He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Banner McDow.

Graveside services for Mr. McDow were Thursday, March 7, 2002, at 11:00 AM in Waurika Cemetery with Bro. Clarence Mize officiating. Burial was under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.
