Renay Ann Bridges was born March 14, 1955, in Lawton, OK to Walter and Bessie Capes. She passed from this life Tuesday, August 22, 2006, at the age of fifty-one. She was blessed with two daughters. Renay and Don Bridges were married February 1, 1995, in Waurika, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker and loved her family.

Survivors include: two daughters - Sandra Houston and her husband Jimmy Allen of Comanche, OK, and Shelley and her husband Darren Thomson of Duncan, OK; her parents, Walter and Bessie Capes of Waurika, OK: one sister - Phyllis and her husband Everett Delaney of Ponca City, OK; two grandchildren - Samatha Allen of Comanche, OK, and Zacharay Thompson of Duncan, OK; one adopted brother - Harry Capes, one niece - Jaquie and her husband John Phillips and one nephew - Phillip Shearer and his wife Penny of Ponca City, OK.

She was preceded in death by her husband Don.

Memorial services for Mrs. Bridges were at 12:30 PM, Saturday, August 26, 2006, at the Hastings United Methodist Church with Rev. Trevor Smith and Pastor James Miller officiating.
