Rebekah C. Ward

Rebekah C. Ward 67, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed from this life October 24, 2019. She was born January 6, 1952, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, to Curt and Bonnie (Kinslow) Bilyeu. She married Larry Ward June 13, 1969, in Wichita Falls, Texas. She and Larry moved to Duncan, Oklahoma. She worked at Universal Fidelity Life Insurance for 24 years and then for Duncan Regional Hospital for 6 years until her retirement in 2014. She enjoyed shopping and taking trips to the casino with Larry. Her biggest love was being with her grandchildren and watching them in sports and all of their activities.

She was preceded in death by her father Curt Bilyeu, her sister Donna Brooks, and her brother David Bilyeu.

Survivors include: her husband Larry Ward of the home, two daughters Tammy Skiles and her husband Josh, and Lori Brewer and her husband Jason; grandchildren Carson Skiles, Audra Brewer; her mother Bonnie Wallace; brothers Gary and Jerry Bilyeu; sisters Virginia Schaffner, Mary Barnes, and Nawassa Wilcoxson; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Monday, at the First Baptist Church in Ryan, Oklahoma with Ricky Phillips and Dr. Bryan Pain officiating. Burial will be in the Ryan Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Homes. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Ryan.
