Phillip L. Bush was born June 22, 1931, in Peedee, Oregon, to Wilbur and Olla Martin Bush. He passed from this life Tuesday, January 9, 2007, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of seventy-five. Phil and Roberta Christine Dean were married July 18, 1952, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Phil served his country in the United States Air Force. He retired from Pittsburg Plate Glass.

Survivors include: his wife Roberta of the home in Waurika; his children – Philipp Bush Jr. of Waurika, OK, Kenneth Lynn Bush of Hastings, OK, Nancy Ann Bush and her husband Jeff Penny of Norman, OK, Ron Keith Bush of Midland, TX, and Ricky Bush and his wife DesiRee of Newalla, OK; one brother - Ray Bush and his wife Marge of Tillamook, OR; four sisters – Retha and her husband Charles Coffman, Jr. of Eugene, OR, Char Voyles of Arlington, WA, June Romanazzi of Visalia, CA, and Leota Bush of Yam Hill, OR; eleven grandchildren – Morgan Harder, Christy Bush, Dalton Bush, Jason Penny and his wife Sandy, Jarrod Bush, Brenton Bush, Tyler Bush, Megan Bush, Kyle Bush, Kellen Bush, and Zane Bush; three great grandchildren – Jacob and Nathan Penny and Jarron Bush; and two life long friends – Eugene Kimber of Sand Lake, OR and Audrey Kimber of Tillamook, OR.

Phil was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Linda Jean Bush, and three brothers.

Funeral Services for Mr. Bush were at 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 11, 2007, at the Addington Baptist Church with Guy Mora officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners' Hospital.
