Philip Hanna Lowery, Jr. was born June 9, 1926, in Ardmore, Oklahoma, to Philip Hanna and Juhree Lowery. He passed from this life on Wednesday, February 27, 2002, at his home at the age of 75.

Mr. Lowery was united in marriage to Rosemary Lowery in 1952 in Texas. He was a rancher and graduated from Oklahoma State University.

Survivors include: his wife, Rosemary, of the home; one son - Roger Lowery of Duncan, OK; one daughter - Elaine Lowery of Denver, CO; one sister - Nanette Everest of Oklahoma City, OK; and four grandchildren.

Private family services were held Friday, March 1, 2002, at 1:30 PM, at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Comanche, OK with Andrew Tevington officiating. Burial was in the Loco Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Comanche.
