Patricia Darlene Lemons

Patricia Darlene Lemons (81), of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed from this life January 7, 2016, in Duncan. She was born February 19, 1934, in Richard Spur, Oklahoma, to Lee and Reba (Benton) Oakley. She was the widow of Herbert Lemons.

Patricia was a homemaker who delighted in raising three wonderful kids. She loved playing Dominoes and Skip-Bo, bowling, cake decorating, and playing Bingo at Ashbrook Center where she loved winning Payday Candy Bars. She also loved watching the Oklahoma Thunder basketball team play. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Waurika.

She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert Lemons, her parents Lee and Reba Oakley, two brothers - Darwin and Willis Oakley, and one sister - Geneva Wilson.

Survivors include: her children - Rick Lemons and his wife Lisa, Lane Lemons and his wife Betty, and Sharon and her husband Ronnie Morgan; her sister Joy Young; four grandchildren - Chris Lemons, Tyson Lemons, Matthew Morgan, and Dana Lemons; and two great-grandchildren - Leila and Champ Lemons.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Monday, January 11, 2016, at the First Baptist Church in Waurika with Jeff McLemore officiating. Burial will follow in the Fletcher Oklahoma Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday 1:00 to 6:00 PM with the family in attendance from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Waurika, Oklahoma. Pallbearers will be Chris Lemons, Tyson Lemons, Matthew Morgan, Rick Lemons, Lane Lemons, Ronnie Morgan, and Dana Lemons. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church in Waurika.
