Ocie Tommy Kilmer as born February 17, 1943, to Emmitt and Gladys Kilmer in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He passed from this life July 1, 2007, in Wichita Falls, Texas, at the age of sixty-four.

Mr. Kilmer is survived by: one son, Tommy Kilmer; two brothers - Hobert Kilmer of Oklahoma City, OK, and Louis Simons of Seymour, TX; three sisters - Jacqulyn Schuster and Marie Steele, both of Waco, TX, and Jeannie Smith of West, TX; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Tammy, in 1970.

Graveside services for Mr. Kilmer will be at 1:00 PM, Friday, July 6, 2007, at the Waurika Oklahoma cemetery with Rev. Curtis Plant officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.
