Minnie Lee Williamson

Minnie Lee Williamson passed from this life Thurday, March 3, 2005, in Jefferson County Hospital, at the age of ninety-one. She was born January 31, 1914, in Montague, Texas, to Jack and Cassie Latham Neeld. After attending school in Loco, Minnie Neeld married Barney Williamson at Weavers Chapel, Oklahoma, January 21, 1929. She was a homemaker/mom and a member of the Loco Baptist Church.

Survivors include: five daughters - Barbara Martin, and Linda Boon, both of Comanche, OK, Shirley Maurer of Moore, OK, Sherry Taapken of Mustang, OK, and Betty Self of White Oak, TX; three sons - Billy Don of Florida, Jackie of Oklahoma City, OK, and Freddie of Marlow, OK; thirty-seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren; two sisters - Edith Coffman of Amarillo, TX, and Alice Harris of Comanche, OK, and Patty Weaver of Dallas, TX; Jack Welch of Comanche, OK; and Patty Weaver of Waurika, OK.

Funeral services for Mrs. Williamson were at 2:00 PM, Monday, March 7, 2005, at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Comanche, Oklahoma with Randy Southerland officiating. Burialwas in the Weavers Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Comanche.
