Mary Florella Moore passed from this life Tuesday, February 12, 2002, at the age of 91, in Jefferson County Hospital. She was born March 16, 1910, to Thomas Avery Conway and Sarah E. Brockett Conway in Denton, Texas. She and Meda were united in marriage on November 23, 1932, in Waurika, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Moore was a homemaker and belonged to the Baptist church.

Survivors include: one son - Tommy Moore and his wife Loretta, of Ryan, Oklahoma; one daughter - Retha Moore Elms and husband James Elms of Ft. Worth, TX; two brothers - P.W. Conway and E.J. Conway, both of Ft. Worth; one sister - Corine Ritchey of Saginaw, TX; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Moore is preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Sarah Conway, her husband Meda Franklin Moore, one brother Bud Conway, one sister Katie Moore, and two grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Moore were at the First Baptist Church in Ryan at 1:00 PM, Thursday, February 14, 2002, with Brother Clarence Mize officiating. Burial was in the Waurika Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Ryan. Memorial contributions may be made to the Westbrook Nursing Home in Waurika.
