Mark Alan Weatherly

Mark Alan Weatherly was born July 7, 1953 in Nocona, Texas, to Yvonne and Lynn Weatherly. Mark passed from this life Monday morning, February 27, 2006, at the Integris Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City at the age of fifty-two. Mark graduated from Terral High School in 1971. Mark was a farmer and owner and operator of Weatherly Fertilizer in Courtney. He and his high school sweetheart Betty Sue Howard were married in Ryan, Oklahoma on June 1, 1973.

Survivors include: his wife Betty, of the home in Courtney, OK; two sons - Dustin Weatherly and his wife Connie, and Denver Weatherly; his pride and joy - three grandchildren - Taylor Weatherly, Baylee Weatherly, and Westin Weatherly; two sisters - Sherry Pewitt and her husband Eddie, of Ryan, OK, and Cathy Roberts of Roff, OK; his parents Lynn and Yvonne Weatherly of Roff, OK; his special compadre Juan Campos, his faithful friend and companion Buster; many nieces and nephews; three sisters-in-law - Pernell Williams, Dorotha Seay, and Junnie Surratt; two brothers-in-law - Bill Howard and Jim Howard.

Funeral services for Mr. Weatherly were at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, March 1, 2006, at the First Baptist Church in Ringling, Oklahoma with Rev. Randy Allen officiating. Burial was in the Petersburg Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Ryan.
