Louise Irene Blood, of Comanche, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2003, in Lawton, Oklahoma, at the age of seventy-six. She was born at Anadarko, Oklahoma to Lee and Lela Landers Alldredge on July 23, 1927.

Louise and John Blood were married September 4, 1944, at Yuma, Arizona. To this union four children were born. Mrs. Blood was a homemaker, loving wife, and mother. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all.

Survivors include: her husband, John Blood, Jr. of the home in Comanche, OK; one son - John Albert Blood of Comanche, OK; three daughters - Barbara Whittington of Comanche, OK, Dale Smith of Duncan, OK, and Debra Brown of Wichita Falls, TX; and three grandchildren.

Mrs. Blood was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and four sisters.

Funeral services for Mrs. Blood were at 2:30 PM, Friday, September 26, 2003, in the Chapel of Dudley Funeral Home in Comanche with Mike McCord and Dow Pannell officiating. Burial was in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Comanche.
