William Lonnie Johnson was born February 26, 1940 Buckhorn, Oklahoma to Cufford and Lillie "Baker" Johnson. He passed from this life Monday, January 3, 2011 at Duncan Regional Hospital at the age of seventy. He worked as a farmer and rancher and for the county as a maintenance worker. He loved to hunt and fish. He also loved to go dancing and was always cracking jokes. He and Wanda Joanne Helloms were married December 3, 1966 in Montague, Texas.

He is survived by his wife Joanne of the home in Ryan, children - Patrick Johnson and wife Tammy, Gayla Johnson, Heather Johnson, and Kimberly Johnson all of Ryan, grandchildren - Rob Johnson, Cassi Johnson, and Austin Johnson, great grandchildren - Christapher and Peyton James all of Ryan. Two brothers - Theodore "Sid" Johnson of Ryan, Gary Johnson of McKinney, TX; three sisters - Elizabeth McKee of Buckhorn, Joyce Lacey, and Patsy Hodges both of Ryan.

He is preceded in death by his parents, sisters - Lena McCollough and Wilma Ingram, and brother Austin Henry Johnson.

Funeral Service will be Thursday, January 6, 2011 at 2:00PM at the Ryan Assembly of God. Burial will be in the Ryan Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home in Ryan.
