Liticia Irene was born August 26, 1985 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Robert Torrez and Ruthie Elizabeth Mills. She passed from this life Saturday, August 30, 2008 in Wichita Falls, Texas at the age of twenty-three. She graduated from Ryan High School and attended pharmacy tech school. She was a homemaker, worked as a prison guard, and was a member of the Ray of Hope Church. Liticia and Rodney Burden were married June 22, 2002 in Wichita Falls, Texas.

She is survived by her husband Rodney Burden, son - Ethan Burden, daughter - Natalee Burden, mother - Ruthie Mills, father - Robert Torrez, brother - Dewayne Torrez, sister - Carley Follis and numerous other family members.

She was preceded in death by her son Devin Duane Torrez and sister, Stephanie Mills.

Funeral Service will be Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at 1:00PM at the Church of Christ in Ryan with Pastor Mike McCord officiating. Burial will be in the Ryan Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Ryan.
