Lisa Regina Forsyth Breitigan
Lisa Regina Forsyth was born January 17, 1961 in Wichita, Kansas to Julia Ann Underhill and Robert Forsyth. She passed from this life Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at her home in Addington at the age of 51.
Lisa and Steve Breitigan were married January 17, 2009 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Lisa was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her mother Julia on August 11, 2010.
She is survived by her husband - Steve, her father - Robert, brother- Robert Charles Forsyth and sister - Leslie Ann Forsyth, 1 niece and 3 nephews. She was a sister in Christ to all.
Memorial service will be Monday, May 7, 2012 at 1:00PM at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Waurika.
