Liberty Keith Duncan was born August 29, 1955, in Wichita Falls, Texas, to Wilford and Mary Thompson Duncan. Liberty passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2007, at Hospice of Wichita Falls. He spent eight years serving his country. He and his crew held the title of #1 Gun in the artillery at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He spent two years in Germany. In recent years he was a roofer. He will be missed by his family and many coworkers.

Survivors include: his wife Teresa Renee Duncan of the home in Wichita Falls, TX; his daughter Shannan and her husband Patrik Hughes of Wichita,KS; three grandchildren - Jakob, Harlee, and Kali Hughes of Wichita, KS; his parents Wilford and Mary Duncan of Wichita Falls, TX; two step-children - Sarah Kuter of Denton, TX, and Mason Kuter of Wichita Falls, TX; two brothers - Richard Duncan and his wife Debbie of Ryan, OK, and William Duncan and his wife Karen of Memphis, TN; three sisters - Delores Dee Duncan and her husband Larry Shrum of Waxahatchie, TX, Susan and her husband David Martin of Wichita Falls, TX, and Kathy and her husband David Schroeder of Wichita Falls, TX; his nieces and nephews - Dwayne, Devon, Jason, and Richard Allen Duncan, Kyle Schroeder, T.J. Mitchell, Brett Martin, Shane Webb, Scotty Skinner, Aaron and Andrew Reed, Tanner Mitchell, Stephanie and Jessica Reed, Lisa Webb, Kayla and Brittney Martin, Paige Duncan, Trista Mitchell, Emalee, McKenna and Zoei Duncan; his aunts - Irene, Dovie, Janie, Berniece, Ruth, Minnie, Luella, and Margie; his unicle Lyndall Duncan; and numerous cousins and friends.

A memorial service for Mr. Duncan was at 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 17, 2007, at 5617 Seymour Highway, Wichita Falls, TX. Arrangements were under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika, Oklahoma.
