Leon Reyes Rodriguez was born March 8, 1924, in Abilene, Texas, to Cuca Reyes. He passed from this life Saturday, April 19, 2008, at his home in Ryan, Oklahoma, at the age of eighty-four. He worked as a mechanic for Pepsi until his retirement. He and Epifania Villeda were married March 20, 1987, in Waco, Texas. He was a member of the San Jose Catholic Church.

Survivors include: his wife Epifania of the home in Ryan, , OK; one son Albert Reyes of Waco, TX; two daughters - Maria Oliver of Arizona and Daisy Cook of Georgia; one sister Josephina Campos of Waurika, OK; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Rodriguez will be at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, April 22, 2008, at the San Jose Catholic Church in Ryan with Father Sundar Raju Pudota officiating. Burial will be in the Ryan Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home in Ryan. Visitation will be Monday, April 21, 2008, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Rosary will be from
8:00 to 9:00 PM.
