Leola Gardner

Leola Gardner was born February 22, 1940 in Ringling, Oklahoma to William Ernest and Lillie Bell (Abshire) Gardner. She passed from this life Sunday, December 18, 2011 in Waurika at the age of 71. Leola was a member of the Assembly of God Church. She attended both in Ryan and Terral. She also taught sunday school in her younger years and enjoyed helping at the nutrition center. She ministered to those in the nursing home in her later years.

She is survived by her brother James Gardner of Lawton, Oklahoma and sister - Lois Terry of Ripon, California.

She was preceded in death by her two brothers -Ernest Gardner, Jr. and G.T. Gardner and two sisters - Mary Smith and Ruth Carter.

Graveside service will be Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 2:30PM at the Ringling Cemetery with Rev. Floyd Key officiating. Service is under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home in Waurika. Nephews will serve as Pallbearers.
