Larry Neal White passed from this life Tuesday, August 10, 2004, at his home in Oklahoma City from complications of Leukemia at the age of fifty-seven. He was born April 25, 1947, to Van and Auda Lee White in Hemmitt, California. He attended school in Hastings and Waurika, Oklahoma, and recieved an associates degree in Equine Racing from Oklahoma State University. Larry was a land analyst and Oklahoma County Assessor. He served his country in the Marine Reserves. He and Kathy Wright were united in marriage on June 28, 1968, in Garland, Texas. He was an active member of St. John's United Methodist Church.
Survivors include: his wife Kathy of Oklahoma City, OK; one son, Shane and his wife Nikki of Roswell, GA; two sisters, Ann Scott of Waurika, OK, and Jean Turner of Gladstone, MI.
He is preceded in death by
his parents Van and Auda Lee White.
Funeral services for Mr. White were at 11:00 AM, Friday, August
13, 2004, at the Waurika United Methodist Church with Ed Dexter
officiating. Burial was in Waurika Cemetery under the direction
of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.
