Kenneth Jack Snyder, Jr. was born August 15, 1944 in Mineral Wells, Texas to Kenneth Jack and Joy Jean Webb Snyder. Kenneth passed from this life Friday, August 7, 2009 at the Jefferson County Hospital at the age of sixty-four. Kenneth was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Duncan. He graduated from OU with a bachelor's degree in chemistry. He worked in the chemical research lab at Halliburton and retired in 1995. He was currently a consultant for United Laboratories in Duncan.
He is survived by his mother Jean Snyder of Addington, Oklahoma, his children - Christopher Snyder of California, Kevin Snyder of Austin, Texas, Kenneth Jack Snyder III of Oklahoma City, Sabrina Snyder of Austin, Texas, and Kristi Thomas of Marlow, Oklahoma, one sister - Sherry Snyder of Addington, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his father and one brother Michael.
Funeral service for Kenneth will be Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at 10:30AM at the Addington Baptist Church with Rev. Gene Jorgenson and Rev. Ted Bulla officiating. Burial will be in the Addington Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home in Waurika. Visitation will be Monday, August 10 from 11AM-7PM at the funeral home.
