Kenneth Michael Osborn

Kenneth Michael Osborn, 62, died Friday, June 6, 2014, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM Thursday, June 12, 2014, with Pastor Scott Hogue officiating, at Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Waurika. Burial will be in the Ryan Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Homes. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Kenneth was born August 29, 1951, in Wichita Falls, Texas, to Kenneth and Etta Osborn. His father, Kenneth, passed away shortly before his birth. Kenneth graduated from Wichita Falls High School in 1970. Shortly after his graduation he met and married the love of his life, Linda Bussey. They had five children - Tina, Tammy, Donny, Kenny and Michael. The family moved to Burkburnett shortly after the birth of their last child. The family then moved to Bridgeport, Texas, for a couple of years before settling down in Wichita Falls in 1986. Kenneth worked as a furniture salesman/delivery, welder and heavy equipment operator before retiring in 2005.
Kenneth had great love for his wife, family and friends. He especially loved his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also had a great love for golf, hunting and fishing. He loved golfing and hunting with his boys and fishing from a bank with his wife. When Kenneth wasn't doing any of this hobbies he was sitting at home talking about them.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his oldest daughter, Tina, his step-father Bobby, his sister Sharon, and his grandparents Thomas and Bertha Osborn and Joseph and Faye Perkins.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Linda; his four remaining children - Tammy, Donny, Kenny and Michael; his mother Etta, his step-father Frank Morris; his sisters Conny Mayo and her husband Mike, and Gail Holmes and her husband Steve; eighteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws; and his best friend "Sas-cee."
