Kenneth Gene Lovett was born May 4, 1938, in Cooper, Texas to Grover Deen and Mildred Marjorie (Echols) Lovett. Kenneth passed from this life Monday, November 12, 2007, at his home in Hastings, Oklahoma at the age of sixty-nine. He and Bobbie Miller were married April 13, 1963, in Waurika, Oklahoma. Kenneth was a Methodist.

Survivors include: his wife Bobbie, of the home in Hastings, OK; his children - Kenny Lovett of Hastings, OK, and Teresa Hentz of Waurika, OK; one brother - Ceburn Lovett of Waurika; one sister - Ida Nell Porterfield of Burkburnett, TX; and two grandchildren - Shawna and Dillon.

Funeral services for Mr. Lovett will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 14, 2007, at the First Baptist Church in Waurika, Oklahoma, with Rev. Billy Rhone officiating. Burial will be in the Hastings Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 13, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
