Kathy Jo Dukes died Wednesday, April 5, 2006 at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City at the age of fifty-five. She was born October 11, 1950, in Frankfort, Michigan, to Opal William and Irene Robinson. She worked for Chisholm Trail Casino in Duncan as a soft count clerk.

Survivors include: her husband Vernon Dukes of the home in Comanche, OK; her mother Irene Robinson of Duncan, OK; two sons - Milton Vincent, Jr., and his wife Lena of Kaleva, MI, and William Vincent and his wife Jennifer of Battle Creek, MI; one daughter - Regina and her husband Bob Carpenter of Rock, MI; two brothers - Rex C. Robinson and his wife Shawn of Panama City Beach, FL, and Ray Robinson of Muskegon, MI; four sisters - Nancy Armstrong of Duncan, OK, Dennise Robinson of Duncan, OK, Fran Francis of Holiday, FL, and Virginia Dolson of Holiday, FL; thirteen grandchildren - Ron, Jr., Kirsten, Cory, Misty, Cheyenne, Dylan, Tyler, Chelsea, Isaac, Kelsey, Leigha, Hayley, and Nevin; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Dukes were at 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 8, 2006, at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Comanche with Lynn Parkhurst officiating. Burial was in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Comanche.
