Juel Odessa Lively was born April 6, 1916, in Jacksboro, Texas, to Daniel P. and Emma Harrison Zellner. Mrs. Lively passed from this life Sunday, October 24, 2004, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of eighty-eight. Mrs. Lively was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Waurika. She and Julius "Short" Harrison Lively were united in marriage September 15, 1936, in Waurika, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death in May of 1988.

Survivors include: one daughter, Katy and her husband Jim Biffle of Tulsa, OK; two sisters, Velma Holland of Wichita Falls, TX, and Mamie Morlan of Dallas, TX; and two grandchildren, Matthew Evans Biffle and Emily Kathryn Biffle.

She is survived by one daughter and son - in-law - Katy and Jim Biffle of Tulsa

Funeral services for Mrs. Lively were at 10:00 AM, Thursday, October 28, 2004 at the First Baptist Church in Waurika with Audie Dorrough officiating. Burial was in the Waurika Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.
