Juanita Inez Fannon was born April 4, 1974 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Daniel and Glenda Dale Dyer Salazar. She passed from this life Wednesday, April 20, 2005, at her home in Waurika, Oklahoma, at the age of thirty-one. Juanita and Frankie Joe Fannon were married February 20, 2001, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Juanita was a homemaker and had worked for Solitaire Mobile Homes for 12 years. She was a Baptist.

Survivors include: her husband, Joe Fannon of Waurika, OK; her parents, Daniel and Glenda Salazar of San Antonio, TX; three daughters - Chelsi, Hannah, and Danijo Fannon; one brother, Daniel Salazar, and one sister, Sumers Myers of Comanche, OK.

Funeral services for Mrs. Fannon wer at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 23, 2005, at the Church of Christ in Waurika with Noel Curington officiating. Burial was be in the Waurika Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.
