Jimmy Franklin Williams

Jimmy Franklin Williams, 86, of Ryan, Oklahoma, passed from this life January 9, 2018. He was born October 17, 1931, in Union Valley, Oklahoma, to Cecil and Annie (Roark) Williams. He and Anora Pearl Gamble were married June 10, 1950, in Henrietta, Texas. He was a machinist for Halliburton and also worked as a ranch hand. He was a member of the Ryan Church of Christ. He enjoyed playing Bingo and Penny Pincher and hunting.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his wife Anora, his parents, two grandsons—Curtis and Cody Williams, his sisters Mary Nell Stamps and Lenora Taylor, and one daughter-in-law Cathy.
Survivors include: his four sons—James Williams, Doug Williams and his wife Debbie, Ronnie Williams and his wife Dianne, and Bobby Williams and his wife Valarie; his grandchildren Chris, Steve, Traci, Amanda, Frank, Matthew, Charissa, Michelle, and Thomas; eleven great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM, Friday, January 12, 2018, at the Ryan Church of Christ with David Wingfield and Rodger Schwenn officiating. Burial will follow in the Ryan Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Billy Clem, Kennen Fleming, Steve Williams, Chris Williams, Matthew Williams, Frank Williams, and Wally Rodriguez. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, January 11, 2018, at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Ryan with the family attending from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
