Jimmie Lue Stanford of Lancaster, Texas, passed from this life on Thursday, October 3, 2002, at the age of sixty-four. She was born December 11, 1937, to James and Daisy Stanford in Waurika, Oklahoma. She was a member of the Lancaster First Baptist Church and was a member of the Rebekkah Lodge in Comanche, Oklahoma.

Survivors include two sisters - Corky Willison and Robbie Sue Overstreet.

Funeral services for Ms. Stanford were at 2:00 PM, Monday, October 7, 2002, in the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Waurika, Oklahoma, with Audie Durrough officiating. Burial was in the Waurika Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.
