Jessie Omega Suttle

Jessie Omega Suttle passed from this life Thursday, March 10, 2005, in the Duncan Regional Hospital, at the age of eighty-five. Jessie Price was born December 21, 1919, in Waurika, Oklahoma, to Marvin and Dulcie Price. May 14, 1955, Jessie married Ollie Lee Suttle, Jr., in Henrietta, Texas. Ollie preceded Jessie in death March 25, 1992.

Survivors include: one son - Gomer Smith of Cyril, OK; six daughters - Grace Montgomery of Denver, CO, Cordie Korzendorfer of Moore, OK, Lynn McKnaught of Neosho, MO, Vicki Thomas of Duncan, OK, Lavon Johnson of Kingfisher, OK, and Nancy Wyatt of Elgin, OK; three brothers - Thelbert Price and Henry Price, both of Duncan, OK; three sisters - Frances Woods of Duncan, OK, Dorothy Mayes of Comanche, OK, and Marcella Landis, of Duncan, OK; twenty-one grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren.

Jessie was preceded in death by her husband, Ollie Lee Suttle, Jr., a daughter, Ailene Smith, an infant son, two brothrs - Arnold Price and Robert J.C. Price, and a sister, Velma Summers.

Funeral services for Mrs. Suttle were March 14, 2005, at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Comanche, Oklahoma with Bill Choate and Bill Florez officiating. Burieal was in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Comanche. Pallbearers were the grandsons.
