Jerry Wilburn Lewis

Jerry Wilburn Lewis, 68, of Waurika, Oklahoma, passed from this life August 20, 2020. He was born December 25, 1951, in Comanche, Oklahoma, to Sydney L. and Bonnie J. (Clayton) Lewis. He was a self-employed auto mechanic. He loved to travel with Zona Houston, his companion of thirty-two years. He enjoyed going to the casinos, playing bingo, fishing, trapping, and hog hunting.
Survivors include: daughters Tammy Harris and Melissa Daniel; step-children Beverly and her husband Jeff Duke, and Debbie and her husband Larry Dyer; siblings Sharon and her husband Frank Trujillo, Larry Lewis and his wife Debbie, and Nita and her husband Aaron Webster; grandchildren; Chelsea and her husband Derrick Durbin, Taylor Freeman, Walker Russell, Jody Freeman, Cole Harris, Misty Bridges Clark, Brandon Bridges, Jason Duke, Megan McCauley and Cole Duke; and 18 great-grandchildren including Falyn, Logan and Chaney Durbin and Mavis Freeman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his companion Zona Houston, his twin brother Terry Lewis, his brother Kelly Lewis and his children's mother Eloy England Lewis.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, August 22, 2020, at the First Christian Church in Waurika, with Curtis Plant officiating, Burial will be in the Waurika Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika. Visitation will be at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Waurika Friday, August 21, 2020, with the family receiving visitors from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
