Janice Lynn Sanford

Janice Lynn Sanford, 58, of Ryan, Oklahoma, passed from this life Wednesday, January 8, 2014. She was born September 4, 1955, in Ryan, to O.C. and Myrtle Lee (Crow) Eichor.

Janice graduated from Ryan High School in 1973. In 1973, she married Carl Sanford in Lovington, New Mexico. She worked in the accounts payable department at Halliburton and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Freedom Bible Church in Duncan, Oklahoma and was an ardent supporter of the Relay for Life.

Janice is survived by her husband Carl, of the home in Ryan, OK; her parents, O.C. and Myrtle Eichor; two sons - Chris Sanford and his wife Nichole, and Nicholas Sanford and his wife Desiree; one brother David L. Eichor of California; and four grandchildren - Asia, Savannah, Cade, and Cambry.

She was preceded in death by her parents O.C. and Myrtle Eichor.

A memorial service for Mrs. Sanford will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 11, 2014, at the Freedom Biker Church in Duncan, Oklahoma, with Billy Morgan officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
