James Ray Northrip
James Ray Northrip was born March 7, 1950 in Waurika, Oklahoma to Richel Ray and Mona Lee Northip. He passed from this life Sunday, March 20, 2011 at the Jefferson County Hospital at the age of 61. He and Deborah Kae Coons were married November 10, 1979 in Ryan, OK. He worked at the Sooner Texaco in Ryan for many years. He started working for the Ryan Public School System August 1, 1983. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Ryan where he served as a trustee.
He is survived by his mother Arvella Northrip of Mill Creek, OK, wife Deborah of the home in Ryan, OK, daughter- Christina Ballard and husband Curtis of Waurika, OK, sister- Becky and husband Donald Tobicoe of Colbert, OK, and three grandchildren - Sara, Tracy, and Emalee Ballard of Waurika, OK, niece - Veronica and nephews - Kenneth and his wife Mandy Burton and David Burton, great niece -Elyzea and great nephews -Jalyn and Rhett.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Service will be held at the Ryan Assembly of God on Wednesday, March, 23, 2011 at 10AM with Rev. Jim Doan and Rev. Paul Ratliff officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 22, 2011 from 10AM-8PM at Dudley Funeral Home in Ryan, OK. Memorials may be made to the Ryan Assembly of God Church.
