James Robert Graham

James Robert Graham, 83, of Comanche, Oklahoma, passed from this life November 21, 2019. He was born August 19, 1936, in Duncan, Oklahoma, to Karl and Mickey (Root) Graham. He was raised by his grandparents Dick and Margaret Montgomery in Comanche.

James married Jearldine Humphries June 2, 1956, in Wichita Falls, Texas. He worked for Halliburton in Duncan, Oklahoma, for 30 years until he retired to ranching. He enjoyed fishing with his family and looking for good deals at cattle sales. James was a member of the Corum Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and one daughter-in-law Linda Lee Graham.

James is survived by: his wife Jearldine; three sons - Jimmy "Rocky" Graham, Steve Graham and wife Linda, Robbie Graham and wife Terri; a brother - David Montgomery and wife Anita; grandchildren - Scott, Jake, Chase, Eric, James, Jessica, and John; nineteen great-grandchildren; and niece and nephew - Mindy and Brodie.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 23, 2019, at Corum Baptist Church with Bruce Humphries officiating. Burial will follow the service at Fairlawn Cemetery in Comanche, Oklahoma.Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, November 22, 2019 at the Comanche Funeral Home with the family receiving visitors from 6:00 PM ro 7:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be sent to Chisholm Trail Hospice in Duncan, Oklahoma.
