Jacques Marcel Minney was born January 7, 1949 in Barberton, Ohio to Barbara Amanda (Garlock) and Marcello Gilbert Minney. He passed from this life Thursday, October 6, 2011 at his home in Waurika surrounded by family and friends. Jacques served his country in the United States Army. He was a welder/fitter for B&W Manufacturing while in Ohio. He worked for the Jefferson County Sheriff's department for over 13 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Waurika. He and Patricia Ann (Lowe) were married January 3, 1970 in San Francisco, California.

He is survived by his wife Pat of the home in Waurika, sons - Scott Wayne Minney and Randy Tony Minney both of Ohio, and four grandchildren - Alexis, Zander, Tristan, and Danielle.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
