Iva Joy Richards

Iva Joy Richards was born January 11, 1942 in Thermal, California to D. B. and Eileen A. Crowley Watson. She passed from this life Saturday, February 13, 2021 at the age of 79. Joy and Merle Dale Richards were married March 29, 1959 in Coachella, California. She was a homemaker and enjoyed her involvement with church and her children's campfire and ball activities. She enjoyed doing anything involving her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Miles, Rhett, and Audie Watson.

She is survived by her husband Merle of the home, her children - Judy Bond and husband Dean of Tuttle, Oklahoma, Rebecca Richards and partner Kim Kelly of Tupelo, Mississippi, and Robert Richards of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; grandsons - Jeremy Bond and wife Erika of Moore, Oklahoma and Brandon Richards of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; great grandson -Rivers Bond of Moore, Oklahoma:; siblings - Doris DeWeese of Sacramento, California, John Watson of Los Altos, California, Bradley Watson of Palm Springs, California and Rodney Watson and wife Debbie of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.

Funeral service will be Sunday, February 21, 2021 at 2PM at Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Waurika with David Mills officiating. Visitation will be from 10AM -noon Sunday.
