Irma Williams Wright died February 13, 2006, in the Meridian Nursing Home in Comanche, Oklahoma, at the age of eighty. She was born on March 21, 1925, in Terral , Okalahoma to F.B. and Leona Williams. She married married Ernest D. Wright May 2, 1943, in Waurika, Oklahoma. Ernest and Irma worked and managed Hicks Dept Store of Comanche for many years. She was a very active member of the Church of Christ in Comanche.

Survivors include: her husband Ernest Wright, of the home in Comanche, OK: one sister - Loyce Kirby of Terral, OK; one brother-in-law - Howard Wright of Duncan, OK; and three sisters-in-law -- Syble Sanders of Duncan, OK, Pauline Barker of Medicine Lodge, KS, and Doris Mills of Ringgold, TX.

Funeral services for Mrs. Wright were a 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 15, 2006, at the Comanche Church of Christ with Jerry Hurst officiating. Burial was in the Terral Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Comanche.
