Harry Dean "Bud" Dyer, Jr.

Harry Dean "Bud" Dyer, Jr., 63, of Comanche, Oklahoma, passed from this life Friday, April 15, 2016, at his home in Comanche. He was born July 16, 1952, in Duncan, Oklahoma, to Harry Dean Dyer Sr. and Betty Jo Southerland Dyer.
Harry was married to Jacquline L. "Jackie" Knapp on June 26, 1987, in Rush Springs, Oklahoma. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1970 to 1974 and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was a welder for L.E. Jones. He was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his dad Harry Dean Dyer, Sr., his very special dad Oliver "Jim" Pruitt, and his grandparents Alonzo and Ester Southerland, and Horace and Louise Dyer.
Survivors include: his wife Jacquline of the home in Comanche, OK; his mother Betty Jo Pruitt of Duncan, OK: his in-laws Gene and Joyce Knapp of Richland Hills, TX; one son - Rocky Dyer and his wife Stacie of Lone Grove, OK; two daughters - Amy and her husband Eric Clay of Duncan, OK, and Terra Andrews of Comanche, OK; four grandsons - Dylan and Bradyn Elliott, and Ethan and Logan Dyer; two brothers - Ronnie Pruitt and his wife Lavonna of Central, OK, and Donnie Pruitt and his wife Lavanna of Comanche, OK; four sisters - Deanna and her husband Ross Pruitt of Norman, OK, Jean Ann Bagwell of Duncan, OK, Paula Rogers of Duncan, OK and Debbie and her husband David Hancock of Comanche, OK; ten nephews; eight nieces; twenty-five grand nephews; twenty-five grand nieces; and four great-grand nieces.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 21, 2016, at the Liberty Baptist Church in Duncan, Oklahoma, with Marvin Knox and Randy Southerland officiating.
