Harlan Wayne Adair
Harlan Wayne Adair, 85, of Waurika, Oklahoma, passed from this life May 19, 2019. He was born August 24, 1933, in Byers, Texas, to John D. and Verna Owens Adair. He was a mechanic for Gulf Oil working on their field equipment. He and Margie Brantley were united in marriage June 19, 1954, in Waurika, Oklahoma. They have lived in Waurika since 1954. He was an unlicensed engineer but created various artworks; He coached baseball and was Dallas Cowboys' number one fan. Harlan loved his children and grandchildren dearly.
He was preceded in death by one child - Sherry Ann Adair, his parents, one brother, and three sisters.
He is survived by his wife Margie of the home, two sons - Roy L. Adair and Robert W. Adair, one daughter - Janie "Missie" Traylor, and two brothers - Teddy Ray Adair and Kenneth W. Adair.
