Hallie Ruth Butler was born September 13, 1936, to Dewey and Ola Butler in Tennessee. She passed from this life on Sunday, September 9, 2001, in Comanche, Oklahoma.

Hallie is preceded in death by her first husband, Arlie Ray Heath on June 18, 1955 and her second husband, Mick Hicks in September of 1999; four brothers and one sister.

She was a homemaker and worked as a waitress.

She is survived by: one son - Johnny Heath of Comanche, OK; three daughters - Janice Carrillof of El Centro, CA, Joanna Heath of Comanche, OK, and Julie Almeraz of Comanche, OK; one sister - Barbara Walls of Salinas, CA; eleven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 13, 2001, at Addington Cemetery with James Miller officiating, under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Comanche.
