Gwendolyn L. "Sandy" Haskins Dunnagan passed from this life Sunday, August 8, 2004, in the Jefferson County Hospital at the age of seventy-three. She was born November 12, 1930, to LC and Elva Haskins in Konawa, Oklahoma. Gwen was the second of four children born to L.C. and Elva Haskins in Konawa, Oklahoma. She graduated from Byers, Texas. Gwen married Jerry Dunnagan of Ontario, California. Her profession was nursing until moving to Waurika in 1981. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include: one daughter, Angie Knowles; one brother, John Bryant Haskins of Florida; one sister, Avis Haskins Morrow of Waurika, OK; three nieces, Kelly Kell, Robin Allen and Lindsi Burrell; two nephews, Kent Kell and Josh Heimbach; two granddaughters, Heather Free and Lexy Knowles; and two great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother Dwight Haskins.

Graveside services for Mrs. Dunnagan were at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, August 10, 2004, in the Waurika Cemetery with Curtis Plant officiating. Burial was in Waurika Cememtery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.
