Grace Mildred Hobbs passed from this life Sunday, September 21, 2003, at the Comanche County Memorial Hospital at the age of eighty-eight. She was born May 29, 1915, to Frank and Inez Morrow in Waurika, Oklahoma. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Waurika. She and William Henry Hobbs were united in marriage February 26, 1934, in Waurika, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death June 26, 1934.

Survivors include: two sons - Harold Hobbs of Graham, OK, and Steve Hobbs and his wife Janet of Oklahoma City, OK; two daughters - Billie Barker and her husband Carl of Weatherford, TX, and Joann Wiley and her husband Ed of Boerne, TX; one brother - B.F. Morrow and his wife Dorothy of Oklahoma City, OK; one sister - Jean Johnson of Waurika, OK; ten grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Inez Morrow, her husband William Henry in June of 1965, one granddaughter, one great granddaughter, two sisters, and one brother.

Funeral services for Mrs. Hobbs were at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, September 23, 2003, at the First Baptist Church in Waurika with Clarence Mize officiating. Burial was in the Waurika Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.
