Georgia Anna Reger
Georgia Anna was born July 14, 1937 in San Augustine, Texas to Ruby Inez (Salkill) and George W. Little Jr. She passed from this life Monday, June 7, 2010 at her home in Waurika at the age of seventy - two. She and Leroy Reger were married November 5, 1955 in Westfield, Indiana. She was a homemaker and had also worked for J.C. Penney before moving to Waurika. She was one of the founding members of the Rock Island Railroad Depot Annex, and active member of the women's association of Oklahoma, and served many years as a member of the Chamber of Commerce. She received numerous awards for her involvement in the Association of South Central Oklahoma Government, supportive services division, and she also was an active member of the Waurika Church of Christ. Georgia loved spending time with family and friends. She loved fishing, picking up pecans, woodworking, crafts, mowing the yards along with her husband Leroy throughout the Waurika area for many years.
She is survived by her husband Leroy of the home in Waurika an two sisters - Carolyn Montgomery of Westfield, Indiana and Paula Dillard Little of Lafayette, Indiana.
Memorial service will be Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 10:00AM at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Waurika with Bob Harrison and Noel Curington officiating.
She is survived by her husband Leroy of the home in Waurika an two sisters - Carolyn Montgomery of Westfield, Indiana and Paula Dillard Little of Lafayette, Indiana.
