George W. Little Jr., passed from this life Tuesday, December 11, 2001, at the age of 86. He was born October 2, 1915, to George Sr. and Willie Mae Powell Little in Corsicana, Texas. He and Ruby Inez Salkill were married on July 10, 1936, in Duncan, Oklahoma.

Mr. Little was a chief delivery gaugeman and worked for Mobil Oil Company for forty years. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include: his wife of 65 years, Inez Little; three daughters - Georgia Anna Reger of Waurika, OK, Carolyn Jeanette Montgomery of Westfield, IN, and Paula Ruth Dillard of Lafayette, IN; three sisters - Annie Welch of Duncan, OK, Bessie Hart of Duncan, OK, and Martha Tharpe of Dallas, TX; six grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Mr. Little is preceded in death by his parents.

Services for Mr. Little were at 10:00 AM, Friday, December 14, 2001, at the Church of Christ in Waurika with Noel Curington and Bob Harrison officiating. Burial was in the Waurika Cemetery under the direction of the Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.
