Frank R. Torrez

Frank R. Torrez, 88, of Ryan, Oklahoma, passed from this life January 26, 2020. He was born March 9, 1931, in San Saba. Texas, to Jesus and Alberta Nina (Reyes) Torrez. He married Nancy Kay Williams December 10, 1977, in Henrietta, Texas. He was a sheep shearer for farms around Ryan, Oklahoma. He loved his children and most children who came round called him "Uncle Frank." He enjoyed visiting and telling stories.

Survivors include: three sons - Frankie Torrez, Greg Smith, and Paul Ochoa; four daughters - Ramona, Dominga, Florencia, and Margie Herrera; a sister Florencia of California; and thirteen grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, January 31, 2020, at the First Baptist Church in Waurika with Bryce Bohot officiating. Burial will be in the Sugden Cemetery in Sugden, Oklahoma. Family visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel.
